“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” (Revelation 1:8 NKJV)

One of the greatest scripture in the book of promises, known as the bible, is Jesus telling us He is the Alpha and the Omega-first and last. That scripture means more than Jesus declaring who He is, but to show us no matter where we are in our growth from human being, being born again, to bring a child of God, He is ever present.

Jesus is present from the time you are called to Him. He says, He stands at the door and knock, which is the First-showing why He is Alpha. Jesus continues to knock at our door even if we go through this entire lifetime not accepting Him as our Savior. He loves us that much.

The Last-being an Omega, Jesus is there throughout our lives. Rescuing healing, blessing, leafing, guiding our lives until He returns. Jesus tells us the work in never completed only until His coming.

What other loyal person do you know will hang around you, no matter how bad you treat them, and when you finally answer that door, lean on that person for everything in your life?

There is no other person only a Savior. A Savior of compassion, patience, and mercy. He is the First and Last-Alpha and the Omega.

Jesus Christ. There is no on like Him.
